What People Are Saying
-
“Ms. Peggy is much more than a trainer and coach. She meets her clients right where they are and pushes them towards greatness. When I first started working out at PK Fitness, I had a BMI of 42.7. I now have a BMI of 35.4. My goal is to get down to a BMI of 28-30. I thank God for sending my inherited mother figure, Ms. Peggy Keebler, into my life.”

Working with Peggy has been a God-send! Since mid-March to the beginning of August, I am down 29 lbs and only God knows how many inches. I’m able to wear clothes I haven’t worn in four years and I feel better. Admittedly, the process has been strenuous at times; however, having Peggy there to lead, guide, push, counsel, motivate, coach and encourage has been key.

“Coach is very serious about helping you improve your personal level of fitness, she is very knowledgeable about every aspect of personal training (physiology, diet, & mindset). She expects, no demands that you get your money's worth, pushing herself as hard as she pushes you.”
— Robert Washington, Personal Training
-
“I always feel stronger when I leave a workout because during that time Peggy encourages me to keep going even when I think I cannot do anymore. She knows my body can do more, and she tries to show you, the client, that your body can do more.”
