About the Team

Our mission is to lead people to a fit and healthier lifestyle through specialized fitness and nutrition programs. We provide creative and challenging workouts that are both rewarding and fun.

Athleticism has been a part of my life since junior high school when I began my basketball career. As I developed as an athlete, I realized the importance of training to make me stronger, fit and more proficient at my craft. As a basketball coach, I trained many college students not just on how to play basketball, but I also challenged them on life lessons. I informed them on the effects their actions would have on their bodies, athletic career, performance on the court as well as their performance in life. We discussed the effects of making good food choices and the difference between weight gain and weight loss. We also discussed perseverance in the face of difficult situations, and putting in the effort to achieve the goal with the difference being leaving it all on the court or leaving before reaching your goal.

The experiences detailed above have prepared me for what I am doing right now, personal training. I have already lived and taught training to the peak of one’s ability. I have already experienced and coached others through weight loss and increased strength. I have assisted people who have led sedentary lifestyles and turned them around. Now, I stand ready to assist you with any goal you choose. My goal is to help individuals reach their goals of living healthier lifestyles, while teaching them to condition their minds for great workouts and different techniques of weight training and cardiovascular conditioning. Through this, I also teach them how to become a hard worker and to become physically fit for life. In the end, each client stands the chance to develop power and perseverance as they make progress towards their goal.

Regina V. Dickens, Certified Personal Trainer

Regina is a Certified Personal Trainer with (ISSA) International Sports Sciences Association and is currently working towards a specialization in Sports Nutrition. She has an extensive background in coaching dance and cheer, through this experience she has learned conditioning the body is important no matter the age group. Regina approaches fitness as a lifelong journey that aids in overall improvement of the body. She defines her training sessions as simple, yet challenging and creative but effective! Regina’s goal is to reach anyone who feels stuck and needs a nudge into jumpstarting a physically balanced lifestyle.

Erica Baylor, Certified Personal Trainer

Erica is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is currently pursuing certification as a Nutrition Coach. She has had a passion for fitness for several years. In addition to fitness, her interests include holistic healing alternatives, veganism, natural haircare, and overall spiritual, mental, and emotional wellness. Her goal in the gym is to provide effective and challenging training sessions that help clients pursue and maintain a healthier lifestyle. She believes her mission is to assist people on their journey to becoming whole: Mind, Body & Spirit.
